FAST IDL subdirectories
The present directory structure is clearly not optimal, and we are
presently engaged in planning and migrating towards something
better. Thanks for your patience!
- cdf - library of routines
for writing and reading CDF files.
- fastDataToIdl -
routines for retrieving data from SDT, summary plot routines,
orbit and attitude routines.
- fastcross - routines
for generating the famous PLOT_FA_CROSSING display.
- idlUtil - general
purpose handy IDL routines except for the /fast
sub-directory, which contains FAST specific
utilities. Unfortunately, many of the GET_FA_* family
ended up here, instead of in fastDataToIdl.
- sdtDataToIdl - a
sacred set of low-level routines for retrieving data from
SDT. Most users will be happier with the fastDataToIdl level of
routines.
