PRELIMINARY Comparison of Energetic Electron Events with the PHOENIX II observation list

during the phoenix observation time (-01july99) there are 39 electron events (9 with additional proton enhancements) observed by WIND/3DP. only for 12 events a radio burst is reported in the PHOENIX II observation list.
